This Recurring Payment / Standing Instruction Policy explains how recurring payments and electronic mandates ("e-Mandates") operate for memberships, subscriptions and other recurring services offered by PharmaHopers Private Limited through https://www.pharmahopers.com.

2. Customer Authorisation
When you choose to activate a recurring payment, you expressly authorise PharmaHopers and its authorised payment service provider to initiate eligible recurring payments in accordance with the mandate authorised by you.
The recurring payment mandate will operate within the amount, frequency and validity parameters displayed and authorised during mandate registration.
3. Mandate Registration
During registration, the customer may be required to confirm:
The applicable payment provider may require OTP, 3-D Secure, UPI authentication, bank authentication or another permitted authentication method.
4. Initial Authentication
The initial transaction and mandate registration will be completed through the applicable payment-provider authentication process.
The customer should carefully review the displayed:

5. Recurring Charges
After successful registration, eligible recurring payments may be initiated according to the authorised schedule.
PharmaHopers will initiate recurring payments only within the scope of the applicable authorised mandate.
Additional authentication may be required where mandated by applicable RBI, bank, card-network or payment-provider requirements.
HDFC Bank's current published information states that recurring transactions above ₹15,000 for general categories require additional authentication, while specified categories such as insurance, mutual funds and credit-card repayment have a ₹1 lakh threshold.
6. Pre-Debit Notification
Where applicable under RBI/payment-system requirements, the customer will receive a pre-debit notification before the scheduled recurring payment.
The notification may include:
HDFC Bank states that applicable customers receive pre-debit notifications and that the notification can provide access to a facility for viewing, modifying or cancelling the payment/mandate.
7. Mandate Amount
The recurring payment amount will be subject to the amount authorised in the mandate.
PharmaHopers will not intentionally initiate recurring charges exceeding the applicable authorised mandate limit.
Where a change in price cannot be processed under the existing mandate, the customer will be required to complete the applicable authorisation process before the revised amount is charged.

Customers may cancel or revoke a recurring payment mandate through:
HDFC Bank currently provides a Merchant Mandate portal allowing customers to view, modify and cancel e-Mandates and to view/approve/stop upcoming recurring payments.
Customers should submit cancellation requests sufficiently before the next scheduled debit to allow the request to be processed.
11. Cancellation Does Not Automatically Mean Refund
Cancellation or revocation of a recurring payment mandate stops future eligible recurring payments.
It does not automatically result in a refund of amounts already successfully debited.

12. Failed Recurring Payment

13. Card Renewal / Replacement
If a payment card is renewed, replaced, reissued, upgraded or otherwise changed, the existing mandate may require updating or re-registration depending on the applicable bank, card network and payment-provider process.
HDFC Bank states that an e-Mandate registered on an old card does not automatically transfer to a replacement/renewed/upgraded card and that customers may need to update their card details on the merchant website.

If you believe that a recurring payment has been processed without your authorisation or outside the terms of your mandate, contact PharmaHopers immediately.

Customers should also promptly notify their bank/payment provider where appropriate.
16. Payment Security
PharmaHopers uses authorised payment service providers for payment processing.
PharmaHopers will not ask customers to disclose:

Customers should never share these credentials with anyone claiming to represent PharmaHopers.
17. Payment Tokenisation
Where applicable, payment credentials may be tokenised by the relevant payment provider, card network or bank.
PharmaHopers may receive a token, mandate reference or transaction identifier instead of the customer's complete payment credentials.
18. Subscription Price Changes
Where the price of a recurring service changes, PharmaHopers will communicate the revised pricing before the revised amount becomes applicable.
Where fresh customer authorisation is required, the customer will be asked to complete the applicable authorisation process.
19. Regulatory Compliance
The recurring payment facility is intended to operate in accordance with applicable:

20. Service Suspension
Where a recurring payment remains unsuccessful or outstanding, PharmaHopers may suspend the associated service after providing appropriate notice, subject to applicable law and the terms of the relevant service.
