2. Nature of the Platform

PharmaHopers is a B2B pharmaceutical industry platform that facilitates business discovery, pharmaceutical company listings, business enquiries, pharmaceutical franchise opportunities, third-party manufacturing opportunities, supplier/customer connections and related digital services.

The Website may contain information submitted by pharmaceutical companies, manufacturers, distributors, marketers, franchise providers and other business users.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, PharmaHopers is a technology and business platform and is not itself the manufacturer, seller, distributor, importer or exporter of products listed by independent third parties.

3. User Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable Indian law.

Where you register or transact on behalf of a company, firm or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act on behalf of that organisation.

4. Account Registration

Certain Website features may require registration.

You agree to:

5. Memberships and Paid Services

6. Pricing

All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise specified.

Applicable taxes, including GST where applicable, may be charged in addition to the displayed price.

PharmaHopers reserves the right to modify pricing and service offerings from time to time.

For an active recurring subscription, any change in price will be communicated in accordance with applicable law and payment requirements. Where fresh customer authorisation is required, such authorisation will be obtained before charging the revised amount.

7. Payments

Payments may be processed through authorised banks, payment gateways, card networks, UPI/payment infrastructure and other authorised payment service providers.

Payment processing is subject to the applicable terms and security procedures of the relevant payment provider.

PharmaHopers does not request customers to provide OTP, CVV, PIN, internet-banking password or other confidential authentication information to customer-support personnel.

8. Recurring Payments / Standing Instructions

Where a membership or subscription supports recurring payment, customers may voluntarily register a recurring payment mandate/e-Mandate.

The applicable payment page will display relevant information such as:

• Payment amount
• Frequency
• Mandate validity
• Applicable maximum amount
• Service/subscription details
• Other information required by the payment provider

Recurring payments are subject to applicable RBI, NPCI, card-network, bank and payment-gateway requirements.

HDFC Bank's current e-Mandate information requires merchants to follow the RBI-compliant recurring-payment process, including mandate registration, validity and maximum amount, pre-debit notification and customer facilities for managing mandates.

9. Authorisation of Recurring Payments

By successfully registering a recurring payment mandate, you authorise PharmaHopers and its authorised payment service provider to initiate eligible recurring payments in accordance with the mandate.

Recurring payments will remain subject to the amount and other parameters authorised by the customer.

Additional authentication may be required for transactions exceeding applicable regulatory/payment-network thresholds.

10. Failed Payments

A recurring payment may fail because of:

• Insufficient funds
• Expired or blocked card
• Cancelled mandate
• Bank decline
• Payment gateway failure
• Network failure
• Incorrect payment information
• Risk/security controls
• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Where payment fails, PharmaHopers may notify the customer and provide an alternative payment method.

11. Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of their subscription or recurring service through the available account facilities or by contacting PharmaHopers.

Cancellation of a recurring payment mandate prevents future eligible recurring charges, subject to applicable processing timelines.

Cancellation does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund for payments already successfully processed.

Refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

12. Refunds

Refund requests are governed by PharmaHopers' Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method or another permitted method.

The time taken for the refund to reflect in the customer's account may depend on the relevant bank, payment gateway, card network or payment provider.

13. Third-Party Information

The Website may contain information submitted by third-party pharmaceutical companies and other businesses.

PharmaHopers makes reasonable efforts to maintain the quality and integrity of information on the platform but does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy or continued availability of all third-party information.

Users should conduct appropriate due diligence before entering into commercial transactions with third parties.

14. User-Submitted Content

Users may submit company information, product information, images, documents, descriptions, contact details and other business information.

By submitting such information, you confirm that:
